Bellevue, WA — Valtas Group is pleased to announce that Kathleen Lendvay has joined our consulting team.
She recently led global operations at Splash. In this role on the senior executive team, Kathleen led technology, human resources, legal and risk management, partner and vendor management, and operations across six countries.
Prior to her work at Splash, Kathleen worked in internal and client-facing leadership roles in management consulting, completing projects and interim positions for a variety of for profit and non-profit organizations across the US.
Kathleen enjoys bringing operations practices and concepts from a variety of industries to mission-based work, particularly during times of growth or transition. Her experience includes strategic planning and facilitation, using technology to improve business and program operations, and aligning activities and goals across leaders and teams.
Kathleen has served on the board for six years, including two years as board president, for WithinReach. A statewide organization, WithinReach works to ensure that all Washington families have the opportunity to thrive. During her board service, Kathleen partnered with senior leadership to evaluate two merger/acquisition opportunities, ensure a smooth CEO transition, and engage the board in a multi-year effort to reduce unrecovered costs.
Kathleen holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rice University.
