Valtas Group is pleased to announce that Hannah Cavendish-Palmer has joined our consulting team.
Hannah Cavendish-Palmer has been on the front lines of organizational development for more than 15 years. With leadership experience at both larger institutions and small organizations, Hannah excels at navigating change with courage and compassion.
Her background in international aid, land use planning, and food systems has given her a thoughtful approach to solving complex problems, grounded in active listening and collaboration. A high-energy team builder, she tackles challenges with both optimism and realism, creating space for hard conversations when necessary.
Having served as an Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, and Board President at various mission-driven non-profits, Hannah has led strategic planning and restructuring initiatives, budget creation and execution, stakeholder and donor engagement processes, board development, executive leadership recruitment and training, and infrastructure oversight and improvement.
Hannah has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a Masters of Public Policy from Simon Fraser University. She lives in the Snoqualmie Valley and loves eating locally.
