For 22 years, he was President & CEO of PROVAIL, one of the Northwest’s largest disability‑focused nonprofits, where he led the organization through significant expansion, strengthened service quality, and built nationally recognized programs supporting people with disabilities. During his tenure, he championed racial equity by embedding equity goals into strategic plans, strengthening culturally responsive service practices, and advancing workforce diversity and leadership pathways across the organization.
