It was recently announced that Kellie Morrill was selected as the new Executive Director at Tiny Trees Preschool, a very unique organization making an impact in the community.
Building upon her role as a Campus Director and Executive Director at Educare within Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD), Kellie brings extensive experience and passion for building high-quality early learning opportunities for children and families of diverse backgrounds. Her experience with PSESD highlights her ability to develop innovative programs that serve as a national model for excellence in the early learning field.
Her career is a testament to her ability to build meaningful relationships with new and existing partners in the Puget Sound region, with a personal and professional commitment to lead with racial equity. She is known by many as a supportive, caring, innovative, and empathic leader seasoned in driving change and outcomes within a large and complex organization.
Mari Offenbecher, who has been the Interim Executive Director of Tiny Trees Preschool, will be transitioning out of her role on June 7th, after onboarding Kellie over the next few weeks.

Mari Offenbecher is part of the Valtas Group Consulting Team, has spent her professional career as a non-profit leader including nearly three decades as the CEO of School’s Out Washington (SOWA). Mari has spent her career dedicated to bringing quality educational opportunities and supports to children and youth.
