A team of seasoned nonprofit executives united by the belief that the world’s greatest challenges demand exceptional leadership.

Who We Are

Valtas was founded in 2018 from the combined vision of HR Strategies, CFO Selections, and Mentor Coaching. Each of these firms had long histories of supporting nonprofits, and together they recognized a growing need: as more than half of nonprofits anticipated an executive transition within five years, too many organizations were being left vulnerable during leadership changes.

Valtas was created to meet that challenge head-on. Today, we bring together seasoned nonprofit executives, interim leaders, search professionals, and board advisors to guide organizations through times of transition with clarity, steadiness, and care.
